Dr. Pham was our kid's doctor since he was 3 months.  We had a stressful experience with our kid's first pediatrician and we are so grateful that we found Dr. Pham.  He listened patiently and respectfully, which made us feel that he understood our needs and preferences.  He was calm, friendly and practiced cultural humility - sometimes even making efforts to speak to our bilingual kid in Spanish.  Months after his last visit, our kid still asks about Dr. Pham.  When we had a medical emergency, Dr. Pham responded immediately to our calls (before the ambulance arrived!).  Then, he referred us to equally outstanding specialists who ensured that our kiddo really was ok.  Even when we relocated, Dr. Pham helped us find pediatricians.  We are grateful that we had such a positive experience working with Dr. Pham - he set the bar pretty high for our kid's new pediatrician.
