"He takes his time to thoroughly explain everything."

We highly recommend Dr. Pham without a doubt.  Being being first time parents, we were really worried that we were going to have a hard time finding the right pediatrician for our family, but we got lucky enough to get it right on the first try with Dr. Pham! He takes his time to thoroughly explain everything and answer our billions of questions that inexperienced parents like us have.  "Is this okay?"  "Is he supposed to do that?" "What happens if..." "We Googled this and read that... is it true?"  You name it, we asked it, and he answered it with no hesitation and a smile on his face.  He even follows up when he says he will regardless of how busy he gets.  We've received emails from him answering our questions passed 9:00 PM! If that doesn't tell you that he really cares about his patients, I don't know what does.  Find me a pediatrician who will  go out of their way like that.  Go ahead, I'll wait… Dr. Pham is a super approachable guy and since he's a younger doctor, he's also very relatable to us, which we find very comforting.  It's like getting advice about your baby from a friend who just happens to be a knowledgeable doctor. Considering Dr. Pham?  Look no further, I think you've found the right one!
